Results must preserve their meaning
A result should identify the event, preserve the supplied sporting status and make missing information clear. We do not infer an official verdict from a successful download, turn a non-finisher into a numbered placing, or replace an unknown football score with zero.
Football match goals and penalty-shoot-out kicks are displayed separately. When a provider uses a combined total, the adapter follows its documented convention. If the components needed to separate the score are missing, the affected values remain unavailable.
Useful guides answer a specific question
Guides should help a reader interpret an actual field or situation: a close racing finish, a beaten margin, an interrupted match or a delay in collection. They should distinguish what the information establishes from what it cannot establish.
A useful explanation can include a worked example, a reference table, a reading checklist or a comparison of conventions. Word count by itself does not establish quality. Sources and field definitions

Sports data is collected through the configured provider integrations. The site does not reproduce competitor articles or use another publisher’s current scores as decorative example data. Access, display rights and any required attribution must be confirmed for the provider account before a public feed is advertised.
Authorship and AI assistance
AI tools are used for drafting assistance and generated illustrations. We disclose that use rather than inventing a first-hand reporting history. An illustration should not be presented as a photograph of the race or match being discussed.
The publication name identifies editorial responsibility. It does not imply a team of named specialists or a human review process that has not been established. Material that needs factual correction should be addressed on its merits, regardless of how it was drafted.
Imported articles remain within the same standards
The Docs Library importer requires an exact match for this domain and a successful identity check before accessing its articles. It sanitizes the body, strips duplicate H1 headings, validates cover downloads and prevents duplicate publication by slug and external identifier. Scheduled posts are spaced at least three days apart.
Those automated controls do not prove originality, relevance or accuracy. The domain’s publication queue must be checked for factual quality, rights and useful coverage before activation. Articles unrelated to horse racing, football or results interpretation do not belong on this site.
Corrections and changing records
A provider correction updates the existing event record when it is returned within the collector’s request window. The archive is not a guarantee that every later historical amendment has been captured. A collection timestamp helps readers understand when the record was last obtained.
For an explanatory error, a useful correction report includes the page, the disputed wording, a proposed correction and supporting evidence. The corrections page provides a local report builder. It does not claim to send a report to a monitored inbox while that contact is unconfigured.
Commercial and search boundaries
The site contains no casino or betting affiliate promotions. It does not sell ranking links, fabricate reviews or use hidden text to manufacture relevance. Search metadata should describe the visible page and its actual functionality.

Daily news research and automated publication
The daily news workflow aims to publish one football report and one horse racing report per UK calendar day. It searches current topical coverage and requires at least three sources on the same development: two independently produced reports and a relevant primary source. Syndicated copies do not count as independent reporting. Source names, article titles and dates appear with each published report; the evidence URLs and automated review are retained in the private publication record.
Codex prepares an original draft and a separate automated review checks it against retrieved source text. This is not human editorial review, and it cannot guarantee that every error is caught. If evidence, dates, originality or image checks fail, the report is held rather than published to meet a quota. News photographs are not copied: each report receives distinct generated cover and social illustrations, labelled as illustrations rather than records of the event.
