Identify the exact event or page
For a racing result, include the date, course, scheduled off time and race title or identifier. For football, include the date, competition and both teams. Similar titles and repeated fixtures make an event name alone unreliable.
For a guide, include its URL and the precise sentence or table entry that needs attention. A short quotation is more useful than saying the whole article is wrong because it makes the issue reproducible.
Check status and freshness first
An early finishing order can be provisional, and a suspended football match may not yet have a final outcome. Compare the status as well as the score or position. A page showing a delayed feed or a stale-data notice may be reporting an earlier known state.
Collection time tells you when this service obtained information. It does not prove an official confirmation, and a fresh collection cannot remove a provider-side delay. The data-status page helps distinguish those cases before a report is prepared.
Describe the discrepancy and the evidence
Separate what the page currently says from what you believe it should say. Include a relevant authority or provider reference when available, and explain which part of that evidence supports the correction. A broadcast image or an unsourced social post may not establish an official finish.
If two result displays disagree, check whether their fields use different conventions. Adjacent and cumulative racing margins can differ legitimately, as can a football match score and a provider’s combined shoot-out total.
Prepare a report on this device
The builder below produces a structured text report that you can copy. It does not send a message, upload a file or create a support ticket. There is no need to include a home address, account password, payment details or other sensitive information.
A monitored editorial contact has not yet been configured for this prelaunch site. Keep the report for the site owner or a verified contact channel when one is provided. We do not claim a response time, ticket number or delivery confirmation.
How a correction should be applied
A corrected event belongs to the same record, with its stable identifier preserved. The provider collector updates records it receives within the supported request window. That does not establish that every later amendment to an old event has been captured.
A guide correction should address the actual statement and any related example or table affected by it. A cosmetic change to the wording is not sufficient if the underlying interpretation remains wrong.

This tool formats a report locally. It does not submit it or contact anyone.
